Do you realize your thoughts are the key to how you feel in each moment? Yes, it’s easy to use what’s happening to and around you as reasons for the emotions you feel.

Understand it’s in your thoughts where the decision is made on how you respond to your life. Once you take responsibility for them you can change how you feel about life.

Beginning today the next time you are unhappy about your life, remember it’s because you have decided to be so. Yet, you can just as easily decide to be happy about it.
