Understand in its raw form, frustration can be painful, negative, and even destructive. Yet, the more intensely you feel frustration, the more capable you will become to make the necessary changes in your life.

Beginning today when you feel frustrated, stop for a moment and calmly consider your circumstances. Now think of one way you can begin to transform your frustration into something that can fulfill you.
