Understand most worries are completely worthless and only serve to bring you down. Is that what you really want? Ask yourself if all your worrying will make it better. Your answer is usually no.

Beginning today begin to replace your worry about things that don’t matter with real, effective action for the things that do. Why? Imagine the difference that one simple change can make.
